"Second hand smoke ...."

Heard and read a lot about this topic since long and its scientifically proven too. Those who do not smoke also will be at the risk, rather second hand smoke is more dangerous than smoking itself it seems.

Now over the years, according to me, second hand screens are hazardous too, if not for the entire body but to the most sensitive sensory organ, the delicate eyes. Its natural human tendency to peep into others screen and now a days every individual is incomplete without more than one handheld device and hence many screens are automatically visible. It is generally observed that every individuals surfs through the contents with great / tremendous speed. Already individuals use their own different screens throughout the day, due to the advent of IT in every domain and on top of that peeping on widely visible many screens around, is kind of unavoidable and hence adds to many issues. These issues are not only related to the vision but thinking too. Few questions keep popping up constantly "what people must be surfing?", "why handling the contents so fast?" "why they only surf?" "cant they read, type, enjoy...." and what not. These queries may add to the existing strain of an individual(s).

Lets find the ways to reduce screen time. Use handheld devices only when needed, for work and for social cause etc.

I wrote it way back in Oct'2019, its not true today during this pandemic situation but still physical form of books, news papers, talking, laughing together, playing physical cards, and other games are valuable too.

Requesting avoid first and second hand screens as far as possible.
