My kids school showered me with another great memory yesterday. Yesterday's prayer song in my kids school was, one of my favorite, from great movie Guddi "Hum ko man ki shakti dena....".

I think the verse 'doosro ki jay se pehle, khud ki jay kare' has a profound meaning. It asks each of us to be proud of who we are, our heritage culture, our strengths and abilities. As a kid it so much important to believe in oneself and strengthen his faith in himself. Philosophically, 'I am that' as in the Advaita can be recalled in the same context.

Additional meaning of the line 'doosro ki jay se pehle, khud ki jay kare': each of us should be proud of what we have, our senses, looks, health and to preserve it always.
