Consistency

Way back in April 2018 I came across a new concept in writing review papers termed as "bibliometric papers". I was thoroughly impressed with the concept and thought of giving it a try myself. At the same time informed about this new concept of writing papers to my PhD scholars too, they were also felt like working for it. And we started immediately. Of course one of my PhD JRF took over these concepts quicker than me, and she came up with a manuscript too, while I was still trying my best. Finally after a dedicated consistent efforts I was able to make it and wrote my own manuscript on a topic. Of course it took me almost 6 odd months to write my first bibliometric simple paper. But there after I never look back. Yes I agree when I focused on quantity with unique details, could not greatly maintain quality but yes reached with many papers till Scopus quality journals. During this journey along with my PhD scholars I was able to motivate many to write such bibliometric, scientometric and altmetric papers by conducting many hands-on workshops for UG, PG, PhD students and faculty members too. Awesome experience and indeed huge learning with every workshop. Then I was able to participate in one of the competitions at university level for best utilization of subscribed resources, won it and during my final presentation for this competition one of the directors asked me one very important question that how I am planning to continue working on this post this competition or was all these efforts are only for or restricted to this competition and the answer is "I wish to continue helping and motivating all for writing such smart and quick papers". I was able to sustain with the words till date almost after one year. Even today conducted 4 days long workshop for many post graduate students and faculty members. They were so happy to know that this kind of article writing is feasible. Loved their energy and words. Wow. Today received the mail from the incharge of this university level competition organizer for this year and thought of writing about my journey which is still continuing from 2018 till date. A big thanks to all.
