I enjoy, believe and look for change always as "change is the only
constant". Based on this, with my regular and tiny yoga regime at home, I
was looking for change and this is what I followed and worked wonders for me.
I have observed that regular routine exercises of yoga were tuned to me and my
body. So there was no visible changes, rather, I was looking for change and
hence started with following:
Once in a month, day 1 I followed chair yoga, day 2 face yoga, day 3 yoga
exercises by lying on stomach, day 4 back exercises, day 5 seating postures and
day 6 the "walk-a-mile" routine (suggested by my sis-in-law) or
"imagination-yoga / virtual-yoga". Wow, it was awesome experience and
great change indeed. After such happening week, I was back to normal set of
postures and exercises. Just felt like sharing this with my FBians.
