In 2022 also I am so fortunate that I still get to see, observe and cherish the memories of the prestigious four-wheeler named Ambassador. That beauty reaches our society anytime from or at 7am every day. On my off Saturdays and otherwise to others it is observed that the Ambassador waits till 11am, sometimes beyond that also. Ambassador and that too Chauffeur driven means someone from government sector, right?. Might be because of that or due to work from home the officer using this four wheeler is having complete freedom to start for office any time. At the same time the Chauffeur is endlessly waiting daily for his boss to arrive. The driver must be getting ready really early, leave home, go to the place where this vehicle is parked and then come to pick the officer daily at 7am. This indicates totally no-freedom for this Chauffeur. As and when even after the long wait daily for 4-5 hours the Chauffeur should be ready to take out the vehicle. So what if its his duty and he is getting paid for it, or Chauffeur is used to it now in so many years. But still man-hour is the most critical and crucial unit of measure. This way its not good to misuse it at all. According to me officers should reach before time to the office before every employee arrives, could be one of the keys to succeed for him, his staff, the city and the nation too. This is just one example, which I observed, there could be many such in government sector. According to me this is the height of freedom or freedom-extremities, for one misuse of freedom for other cant use the free time of 4-5 hours daily. Is it only because of educational background or due to the respect to that Chair or designation?
