Ultimate certificate

The other day as a part and parcel of my responsibilities and duties, I was invited as an external auditor. Or I may say that I chaired the audit team as an external as one of the regular course of actions at the university level. The audit process contains checking various documents, formats, proofs, etc. As a part of this process auditors generally and directly involve the course incharges to explain required details. We did the same, and few course incharges were present, explained everything innovatively too. During this meeting, one of the course instructors was very enthusiastically explaining to me all the innovative practises carried out by him. While doing so, we both recognised each other as contestants for one of the research-based competitions at the university level. I was the winner and he was the runner up for that competition. Being a part of the research-promoting university and a researcher myself, I conducted many workshops for faculty, students, and other researchers throughout the year and hence participated in the competition. The outcome of those and still on going workshops is many motivated scholars with initial papers. That course incharge then narrated the importance of research continuously to his students, many batches, and everyone contributed in the form papers. He also discussed and showed my workshop videos and details with his students, resulting in the outcomes. What else can I ask for? This was one of the ultimate certificates received so far, I may say cascading effect, internesting and effectual teaching-learning process and what not. Touched, really.
