2309: Vital team

On this same vibrant platform, I keep observing photos celebrating team lunches. I've also heard for many years, especially in the software industry, about teams going out for lunch after a successful deployment of their software, code, or module. In general, we are all very well acquainted with the importance of teamwork, whether at the office, on the home front, or everywhere else. Every achievement is definitely the result of teamwork, requiring support provided seamlessly, effectively, and constantly at different levels.

Today I am going to shed light on a similar, yet vitally important, team. To me, a team requires collaboration, communication, coordination, connection, and much more. Only with these features can teams work wonders.

Almost every day, some of us keep praying for our own physical fitness and mental wellness, right? Until now, this meant to me that all the organs in the body were working fine, functional, and happy. But it’s more than that. Every entity working fine is not sufficient; it has to be in a group, in a team, and in coordination for sure. The back-end or inner engineering of our body is a team; it must work as a group, not in silos, otherwise nothing can be accomplished for the individual.

We are human beings, and syndromes like "Why me?", "Why should I do everything?", or "Others are sitting silently, enjoying themselves, and only I am working" are very common. These thoughts are always 'up,' ready to fight and make unnecessary comparisons with others. Just imagine if our inner self decides to do this. What would happen then?

And occasionally, some of our inner parts do show their presence (as illness). We fix it temporarily with antibiotics and move on because we don't make time or rather, we fail to pay attention and accept that we are nothing without the teamwork of our inner entities.

So, let's take an oath to take care of all of them, talk to them, and thank them. Definitely do this for your physical and mental "back-end supporters," but don't forget your loved ones, making sure to take utmost care of them which is essential to doing well at inner-engineering levels, too.
