As an extension to my earlier thoughts on air, here is a small favour we can do for ourselves, our families, future generations, all living beings and yes, even for technology to coexist better with nature.
We often speak about sound pollution, dust pollution and air pollution. We have now also started discussing electrosmog.
But there is one more subtle way we are polluting the air through our words and thoughts.
How about a tiny experiment?
Let us pause before using harsh words for others.
Let us reduce complaining.
Let us consciously limit negative thoughts and expressions.
Because what we think, what we speak, what we spread in a way, we release it into the same air we all breathe.
Air never complains.
It continues to support life, silently and selflessly.
But perhaps it is our duty too, isnt it?
For all the negativity we may have already released into this space, including myself
let us offer a sincere apology to Mother Nature and move forward, lighter and better.
A small shift in words.
A gentle shift in thoughts.
A meaningful shift in the environment we all share.
What say?
