Sunday's Marathi daily entered as a
fragrance-ful wave in my house, as the front page itself showcased the
advertisement of one of the distinguished Marathi movie named "Aandi
Gopal". This movie is based on India's first lady doctor and very
beautifully crafted by the entire team, from all perspectives, including
research of that era, music, presentation, costumes etc.
No wonder the Founder of Symbiosis University immediately took decision to have
Medical College especially for girls, after participating in the special
screening of this movie. We were really glued to the seats for the entire
duration of this movie. It was more than an inspirational movie for all, not
only for girls. It was really unbelievable to know that during that era Aandi's
husband was so supportive and completely driven for girl's education and
empowerment.

Its so much truly needed today, a huge medico professionals are required, in all streams possible.
