Apply principles of science n engg

There are few general technical terms which are used by computer engineer and they are "load balancing", "overloading", "dead locks, "balanced tree" and "skewed tree" etc. to name a few.

I am a big fan of mapping as I keep working in collaborative research domains, handle multiple datasets etc. And I have learned, heard and read multiple times about the importance of applying concepts of science and engineering enthusiastically in daily life.

At the same time, we all, put our best efforts to constantly maintain balance in our multitasking jindagi and we feel really proud about it always. But during my entire course of working at various organizations, stay at various locations and interaction with varied people I came to know that generally we all are skewed / tilted towards something or one thing, unknowingly. We give more importance to only one part of activities and due to which we find "very less" or "no time" for other utmost important once.

Few simple questions to answer: "how many of us enjoy food including proper breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner with our loved once, hot, fresh, home cooked, hygienic?"

"how many of us understand and give importance to food and keep mobile or other gadgets away while consuming food?"

"what about daily early morning walks with family? enjoyment of fresh air?".

And the list goes on with play musical instruments or listen to live concerts (simple mehefil at home), play board games, cards ............

From past few years, all these simple things are next to impossible due to advent of technology, increased competition and hence the outcome = totally affected health.

Requesting all to keep checking, re-checking with changed features due to age, requirements, priorities etc if any and try to maintain balance neatly, further.

Few examples to quote here: few people only give extra unnecessary importance to their old previous generation, some of them to self only and remaining to only their kids. Avoid such extremes, life is easy with every entity equally important within and outside family too.
