धिरडं (Dhirde maharashtrian wheat instant dosa)

 Dhirde is one of the simplest, easy to make and instant wheat healthy dosa recipe made either for breakfast or for evening snacks too. There are two variants of this dish, sweet and salty. You may eat this dhirde with ghee, pickle or just like that too, due to its natural yummy taste.

For me, dhirde was introduced by my mom, as she used to re-use the dry wheat flour left out after all chapatis are made. She used to add pinch of salt and water in it and make one dhirde for me, especially on all my school holidays. Today by recollecting it, after I was done with making chapatis at home, made dhirde immediately and had it with my beloved daughter as she is also a big fan of this simple dish. Awesome feeling to re-live the tiny yet important such experiences of golden days.
