There was a contestant on KBC the other
day, she is working as "Special Educator" in one of the schools. She
is the mother of (one) special child herself and during the entire episode when
AB asked questions about going to theater for watching movies / plays etc. she said
no and narrated her ray of incidences experienced since long because of which
she stopped going to theater with her son.
While listening to the entire episode, I was able to recollect one of my
classes at Michigan university, wherein there was a special section fitted with
glass, well equipped with speakers & having separate entry / exit, so that
those who wish to have some food and attend the class at the same time, or
alike can grab the seat in that special section. Couple of times, few young
moms came to the class along with their tiny tots too, at MI University.
Why not to have such sections at theaters in India too, so as to be beneficial
for mothers or parents with special abilities or alike. The sound, picture,
story, music etc. may impact them positively. Change, entertainment etc. is
required (necessity) for everyone and is the driving force too.
