"when you have enough of your screen, then see green..."

Isnt it the mantra for today?

Many people these days hop constantly from one screen to another, from mobile screen jump to laptop / notebook, to TV to iPad back to the same circle again and again from dusk to dawn.

I have observed many personalities, for everything, they are with their screens. Things which are possible and available offline too easily is done using screen. For ex. reading newspaper, is also now done using screen. "Fevicol ka jod" alike.

Step inside the car, another screen. At railway stations / airports and all other terminals, more screens. I mean, please if so many screen are essential to use in life, when to take care of one of the most important sensory organ, "eyes"?

Please take out some time every day, frequently in a day, for few seconds atleast to look at varied range of greens outside. Follow some simple yoga steps for eyes, especially. Please dont ask Google Baba for eye-yoga techniques, talk to people, take out today's newspaper and surf through books for a change.

"Wishes of International Yoga Day..."
Have wonderful, offscreen / reduced-screen and healthy year ahead.

Wrote this on June 21 2019 on my FB Wall, and finding it relevant even today in 2021 too.
