Appreciation (Part 3/3)

Is it an applicable phenomenon for other living beings like animals, trees etc.?

It applies to every living and non-living thing. Research proves that animals, trees and non-living things understand the kind of touch, look and words. They do have a special memory to store all these details. Rather they are more sensitive than people to react to and differentiate others based on their actions.

It has been proven that, if you appreciate a tree of fruits from the bottom of your heart, or talk to that tree, narrate the sweet old memories of the one who implanted it, then that tree produces sweeter fruits than ever before. Vice versa is also true.

Who benefits more, the one who appreciates, or the one who gets the appreciation?

Based on the preaches given by my meditation guru and what I read in research articles, the one who appreciates gets more benefits. So never appreciate for anyone else, but to create or generate your own "feel-good" factor and satisfaction. That's it. Appreciate and go ahead. Never look back, never stop, never wait. There is so much to achieve in this life. So I can't afford to wait for anyone to appreciate me.

Can we say that if we meditate on a non-functional device, then it starts working fine?

Yes, it's proved too in research. It works wonders, provided the person who is sending good vibes and intention should have a solid base with consistent meditation practice and application. Doing regular meditation alone will not help. An individual should practice the meditation phenomenon or always live with it. Then only it works on non-living things too. It is just like a bank account. If you do not save or deposit money regularly, it is impossible to withdraw anything when in need.

Some apps, biometric machines make the day of an individual by saying thank you.

If your body allows you to do your daily chores with enthusiasm, it is appreciating the way you took care of it. Proper quantity of food intake, exercise regime and good thought process, enough sleep are a few ways in which your body appreciates you. A good sound sleep is also a way in which you are getting appreciation.

So, the moral of the story is that never stop and expect appreciating words from others, ever.

And the topic continues for discussion forever.
