Recent diet experience

Not for any cosmetic reasons but for strengthening or for better functioning of my leg's nerves it is recommended to reduce my weight. I started immediately with the help of one of my best friends, neighbors who is a very famous and successful dietician too.  

Its going on from past 15 days and as mentioned earlier I am really having fun as its a lot of variety of food to enjoy, of course with a twist. But in spite of following suggested details there is absolutely no difference in my weight. Its the same. 

When checked the reasons myself, on occasion of my first PhD student's celebrations recently, I thoroughly enjoyed 4-5 sweets, indulged on home made banana cake too during the diet period and nothing else.

I was not satisfied with my performance, and when I was talking about it at home, my beloved daughter said immediately "at least the weight is constant, right?, its not increased, so chill mamma, it will reduce soon". That was a good way to look at it, loved it. 

I frankly informed this to my dietician and she made thing even more strict now for me as I need to stand on my legs firmly, quickly and also, she would love to see me stand tall on my feet energetically. Lets hope for the best.
