11th Sep 2021 was the most unique and most memorable date for me. It was so special that its extremely difficult to bind them or weave them together using words from my vocab. That day was Saturday when I reached to Nagpur, all alone, on wheel chair due to leg issue as I was unaware of how much walk is involved at airport, till parking and at campus. I went, reached and worked with a very different zeal, was experiencing this uniqueness for the first time. From 1995 I am working as an academician at various levels in established organizations, but at Nagpur in Sep'21 I was there to establish a new organization from scratch with a great and giant support from my SIT-Pune team. It was challenging indeed but was able to fulfill the work expectation and again exactly after one year on 11th Sep 2022, Saturday I will be at same place to celebrate my work anniversary with my beloved people including staff, faculty friends and students. Wow. What else to ask for? Last year too I was one of the resource persons for WCL's MDP and this year too I will deliver the lecture in front of the dignitaries and well known personalities / gems from the Coal - Mine industry. Awesome opportunity. Huge thanks to my entire SIT, SIU, my SIT Director and SIBM-N's Director.
