I feel uniquely different when I see the availability of summer fruits like watermelon, sugar melons, cantaloupe, etc. in the winter, in cold weather. These fruits must be from cold storage and not from fresh farms, for sure. So the nature of fruits is slightly altered for more business, for more money, and for more profits. On top of that, there are takers for this fruit and fruit dishes. Gone are the days of seasonal fruits, etc. On top of that we are observing drastic changes in environment too, we get to enjoy mix of combination of seasons in a day. "The cherry on cake" is individuals prefer most chilled temperatures and maximum use of ACs, chilled milk shakes / juices and other stuff in winter weather.
Amalgamation of all
this is weak immunity, or consistent cold cough, fever and what not. If one in
AC room is affected with constant cough, cold, snezzing etc. others may catch
the infection. I did observe that many who are coughing at their peak during
breaks prefer to gulp chilled milk shakes and choose only highly chilled AC
rooms. Why?
Every food item, dish
and eatables are specifically designed per season having a scientific base
which is valuable for overall individual’s and in turn society’s health. So requesting
all keep an eye on individual’s health conditions, follow do’s and don'ts to
avoid cascading effect, Wrong pick of food intake + AC + low immunity + cold /
cough etc. and repeat with self and spread with others.
