It all started formally when I was 15. One school going kid suffering with a unique kind and sort of obesity required help in his homework. Followed by a very smart kid's requirement again related to his homework and the journey continued till date.
The next stepping stone was handling CA foundation batch, then aspiring CA's batch, very senior to me and finally authored a simple to understand booklet for them and upcoming batches. There was a course on how technology will be useful to aspiring CAs.
Next step in the ladder was lecturer at polytechnic college, senior lecturer at engineering college with graduate degree.
Stood first in all India entrance for M.Tech, completed with flying colors, assistant professor at engineering college were achieved.
Moved to WSU, MI, USA for PhD and worked as GTA. During this time experienced conference paper writing and presenting at national and international levels.
Then Scopus indexed journal papers, SCI, ESCI journal papers (few of them only), book chapters etc.
Associate Professor, PhD guide, Microsoft Grants, Sakal Foundation grants (tiny in size and scale) etc.
In-charge academics and platinum opportunity to be a means to establish a new engineering college with the help from all friends at the existing college
Professor, international industry collaboration grant / award and international co-guides too.
The journey which started at the tiny town with whole lot of Marathi speaking people around, without any touch of English, internationalization, research, paper writing etc. reached till here with baby steps and many potholes too indirectly directing further always. Thanks to one and all who were with me on the ride as a part of this journey. Lets see what next is waiting to experience.
