On the eve of International Women’s Day, I sincerely request that everyone appreciate the efforts of all women who are working for you. Without collective efforts, achieving success is impossible.
Men is a part of the word women, vice versa is not true though. There could be many or there are some families where a girl or woman is heading the family, formally or informally. All women are powerful, and hence they are referred to as "Baimanus बाईमाणूस" in Marathi. Every person possesses and nurtures multiple features and qualities of both men and women. There is a possibility that few family members will get motherly treatment or care from their father or grandfather. So consider all those women who crossed your path, taught you, helped, and nurtured you in some way or the other. No celebrations are required; just recollect, remember, and bow down. Call or text if possible.
