2034: The paradigm shift

In Italian, Avanti, means "forward." The Avanti kingdom once ruled over what is now the state of Madhya Pradesh in ancient India. As I learnt more about this phrase, I discovered that it is enduringly well-liked not just in India but in many other nations as well. Whether this name stays in use as a child's name or the name of any business, it also has some intriguing meanings such as infinite, humble, modest, etc. That's why it's so well-known. "By keeping the name Avanti, your child also starts behaving like the meaning of this name," stated one of the most well-known websites. I will extrapolate this statement to all the businesses that carry this meaning or operate under this name.

Given this context, allow me to share one of my favorite experiences to date. Late 2013 or early 2014 was the time. I was selected or elected to serve on the university-level committee for the NAAC's Criteria-2, which encompasses a number of institutions. It is a crucial and significant criterion to focus on. The team was made up of numerous academic members from various institutes, and we truly collaborated closely with each other. There were a number of reasons, the primary one being that this was the first time we had ever undergone such extensive accrediting process. The top of our criteria, the most modest and knowledgeable ma'am, came in second.

The most significant, in my opinion, was Avanti—a modest, amiable, and, I suppose, Mam's assistant at the time. She was our driving force as she worked in the university's Academics department and because of her overall demeanor, understanding nature, tireless work ethic, attention to detail, time management abilities—the list goes on and on. After some time, the same Avanti transitioned from non-teaching employment experience to teaching. joined the most challenging flagship institute and began her doctoral studies. What a paradigm shift, wow. It's OK for a teaching faculty member to opt for a PhD after many years, but this was very different.

Ms Avanti recently demonstrated her infinite capabilities by receiving a management doctorate. Truly amazing accomplishment—she practically lived up to her moniker. Although I refer to myself as a blogger, I am likewise at a loss for words when describing her character, diligence, dependability, and approach to multitasking. There is a plenty to learn from Dr.Avanti.
