In terms of hunger, I believe there are two sorts of people. One is individuals who consume and survive on air, water, and a small amount of food whenever it is available or served. However, the other person lives for food and need it on a regular basis. Otherwise, they ceased working and it is simply not suitable for them. That is it. So, for the second category of persons who need the required amount of meals on time, they must plan ahead of time if there is any job that will interfere with their meal plans. They need to stuff themselves first, both physically and mentally. They must remind themselves that today is a different day with a slightly altered schedule, so behave.
Whether it's official meetings, weddings, or parties, it's best to eat something early, simply, and without force, so you may feel satisfied before heading to the event. If it's a latenight party, it works great without interfering with one's lifestyle, emotion, or health. There is no point in setting unrealistic expectations from others that the food will be provided on time and according to your specifications.
Why wait?
Plan ahead of time not just for that day, but working professionals in general are well prepared for such occasions, and particularly women are well equipped at the individual bag level, office shelf level, and a little variety is always kept handy and refilled no matter what.
